When you do send a support ticket, indicate that you went through these steps by answering the following questions:
- Turn your iOS device off and on.
- Delete and reinstall your app.
- Please check your iOS device for updates.
- Make sure your microphone is enabled.
- What app are you using?
- Can you describe in more detail the error you're getting?
- Have you tried turning your device off and on?
- Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?
- Have you made sure that your iOS device is completely up to date?
- Do you have the microphone enabled?
