Problem Troubleshooting

If you are having trouble with any functionality with our apps, please try these diagnostic steps before submitting a ticket to our support portal.  
  1. Turn your iOS device off and on.
  2. Delete and reinstall your app.
  3. Please check your iOS device for updates.
  4. Make sure your microphone is enabled.  
When you do send a support ticket, indicate that you went through these steps by answering the following questions:  
  1. What app are you using?
  2. Can you describe in more detail the error you're getting?
  3. Have you tried turning your device off and on?
  4. Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?
  5. Have you made sure that your iOS device is completely up to date?
  6. Do you have the microphone enabled?
